  1. Paintings must have been done by Exhibitor.
     
  2. All paintings must be suitably framed and ready for hanging.
     
  3. All photographs are to be matted and/or framed and ready for hanging. No photographs smaller than 5x7.
     
  4. Work must be original. Copies and kit paintings are not eligible for prizes
     
  5. No entry awarded previous prize eligible.
