The west is comin’ to the east as bullriders and bronc riders converge on the Somerset County Fair at Meyersdale.
Rodeo founder and stock contractor Dave Martin brings you more than 40 years of combined experience in the rodeo business and has quite a reputation for bringing outstanding stock and exciting and electrifying shows to more than 50 venues each year.
This
year’s show will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and promises to be a hit for
all ages.Along with the bulls and broncs, the show may also feature opening ceremonies, specialty acts, calf roping, steer wrestling and cowgirls barrel racing. Children (6 and under ) can compete in sheep riding, stick horse race, and kids 7-12 years, can compete in a calf scramble (must have an adult register them with the show secretary 1 hour prior to show).
